Refund & Shipping Policy

Shipping

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Delivery time: Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after processing (U.S. addresses).
  • Shipping cost: Flat rate of $8 per order. Free shipping on orders over $75.
  • International: We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Merchandise Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your KiCares gear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

  • Return window: Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
  • Refund method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Return shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns.

Donation Refunds

Donations to KiCares Research Institute are generally non-refundable, as funds are promptly directed to research and programs. However, we understand that mistakes happen. If you made a donation in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or unauthorized transaction), contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review the request in good faith.

  • Email support@kicares.org with the donor name, donation date, and amount.
  • Recurring monthly donations can be canceled at any time; already-processed monthly gifts are non-refundable.
  • Refunded donations will be reflected in your annual giving statement.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email support@kicares.org within 14 days of the expected delivery date and include your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
